17.01.2022 I made these mango and cream ice creams last night, just mash up a mango, whip 2 cups of cream with 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essence (I like a stronger flavor) and 1 tablespoon of castor sugar (or any sugar is fine really)... the cream is a little bit naughty, but in moderation its fine! =) yum! Or you could put some frozen berries in a bowl and zap in the microwave to make berry pops!... its a versatile recipe, so make them however you like, but keep it as fresh as possible for that yummier taste! =)
