10.01.2022 ART THERAPY program in Bendigo from February 28th. Rosemary Porter is offering an art therapy program in Bendigo at her studio at "The Palms", 45 Palm Avenue Spring Gully, Bendigo from February 28th. If interested please contact Rosemary as per the information at the end of this post. Rosemary says about the program : ... Everyone is on a spiritual journey knowingly or unknowingly. Many people have spiritual experiences that have an unforgettable impact on their life, although it can be difficult in our culture and time to express these experiences. The program offers the opportunity to explore and express spiritual thoughts, feelings and experiences. The program helps to gain an understanding of the individual spiritual journey and the key principles to guide us on the spiritual path. Through the use of meditation, discussion, contemplation, art and journal writing, different aspects to the spiritual path will be studied in each session. The program enables each person to recognise their contribution and gifts to travel their unique path to self-realisation developing their spiritual power to higher levels. Some concepts the program is offering are: Self inquiry Spiritual experiences The hearts desire Personality - first stage of the souls journey Intuition Healing balance, integration of opposites Freeing ties that bind Consciousness Spiritual energy Energy systems and levels Chakras Understanding and working with dreams Healing the earth The day program is being offered on Tuesdays from 11.00 am - 12.30 pm starting on Tuesday, 28th February.
