Just wanting to let all of our loyal clientelle know that we are ever so grateful for each and every one of you and we appreciate your business !!! #supportlocal #smallbusiness BUT PLEASE BE AWARE !!! that upon making a booking to please state precisely what service you are wanting to recieve with all the how's why's and where's as follows If you are wanting a full head of foils just using Lightner please tell us this If you are wanting a half of head of foils plus a regrowth colour please tell us If you are wanting to have just a regrowth tint ( where the colour is applied to just your roots NOT IN FOIL) please tell us this If you are having a large amount of hair removed and or a restyle please tell us this If you have ANY special requests please make us aware of these we will be more then happy to follow and or attend to your needs !! If you are unsure on what it is you are wanting and or what it is called please please please ask our lovely receptionist ANNE and she will be more then happy to enquire with stylists and or help us understand what service it is that you are in need of ! We understand this is some times hard as we change our minds or undecided on how we should approach our next appointment but as of late we have had numerous appointments where the incorrect service has been booked and thus causing us as stylists to run behind and or late causing a chain reaction to all clientelle to be late . During this season we cannot accommodate these changes if they are not booked and or you are late as we are at the present only 2 women ( senior stylist ) team We are happy to help you understand wherever needed but please understand CHRISTMAS IS COMING and this is the busiest season for our industry and to ensure everyone leaves happy and satisfied with there service we need to ensure the time slots are booked correctly for this .
