25.01.2022 - A MESSAGE FROM GEOFF - To the Mustangs family, thank you so much for the incredible feedback we received regarding the update of Colts and Reserves records since joining the PFNL. There are still a few gaps we need to fill but the records (including Women and Integrated) will shortly be published on the club website under CLUB HISTORY, and we will update them as new information comes to hand. Many thanks to Adrian Appoloni in this regard. In the meantime we will slowly work... our way back through history prior to 1992 and see how far we can get. If any one has any old records and memorabilia that could assist please contact the club, Billy Lawler etc. It has been fantastic to see some of the old names pop up during this exercise and hopefully it won't be long before we are in the new building seeing all these faces again and all the flags, photos and history on the walls. Thank you Danielle Cowdray for getting all this out there. See more
24.01.2022 - COLTS UPDATE - Hello Mustangs, thank you for the tremendous response we've had in chasing up the old records. Some of the replies were a bit confusing so this update might not be correct either, but it may jog a few more memories. For the moment we're only going since our inception into the PFNL but then we will try to go back as far as we can. Billy Lawler is trying to chase up old records and memorabilia that has gone missing since Peel Thunder took over. If anyone can help could they please contact Bill or the club. Thanks again - Geoff.

22.01.2022 - NATIONAL VOLUNTEERS WEEK - Volunteers dont get paid, not because there worthless, but because theyre PRICELESS On behalf of the Mandurah Mustangs Football & Netball Club, I would like to thank every single volunteer that has contributed to our football club. You are all a special type of person & we can not ever Thankyou enough for those countless hours you have put into getting those boys & girls on the footy / netball field, or those sleepless nights to make sure the ...fundraising events run smoothly, or most importantly, keeping the club afloat. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !! We have so many Volunteers at our football club and I couldnt possibly name every single one of you, but Thankyou to the all the volunteers that dont particularly have a role within the club but are ALWAYS putting there hand up for; standing behind the bar during the game, helping out in the canteen, be at every sausage sizzle, always willing to help set up for our social events, selling raffle tickets, setting up for football or netball games, cleaning up after events & games, making sure we have players on the field/ court, making sure we have umpires/ trainers/ water/ footballs/ netballs/ bibs and so on. The list literally NEVER ends - so to those special volunteers without a role, you are so important and Thankyou for helping But here is to the most important people at this club, the people that pay the bills, making sure your registered, attend all the meetings, organising all those fun events, organising every player, listening to all your concerns, making sure the canteens are stocked, feeding your mouths with hot chips & gravy, making those HARD decisions on behalf of the club, assisting the coaches, managing the teams, nagging the boys & girls to pay their fees, making sure you have alcohol to drink after the games, getting your merch, posting on social media, setting up on game day, being at every training session, organising the new build, finalising the new build, finding and catering for sponsors & THE LIST CAN SERIOUSLY GO ON FOREVER. These people all do this for FREE, they do it for the love of the game, for the passion of the club and community. They do not get appreciated enough but these people, are the people that keep this club ALIVE, Thank you; Gavin Lehmann, Agg, Paul & Lynn Strother, Geoff Trindall, Woodsy (Ryan Woods), Emma Macey, Elisha Wilson, Danielle Cowdray, Casey Mcmahen & Jubba (Justin Perret), Karen & Steve Cowdray, Monkey (Brennan Carlisle), Jamie Hunter, Wombat (Garry), Sachey (Brant Sache), Brad Norwood, Mickey Blackley, Beck Kennington, Gaby Moar, Rhain Dodd, Carole Bell & a few others These people deserve an extra Thank you today !
21.01.2022 - REMINDER - Training tomorrow: You MUST message your coach before 12pm tomorrow if you are not attending training tomorrow... This is crucial as we are splitting training in two, if you do not tell your coach you cant attend - training can be extremely difficult to coordinate & manage through all the new regulations. Respect your coaches & volunteers through this time and give us the courtesy of knowing if you are attending or not. THANKYOU !

"I do training with the young f...ellas it's pretty hard training," Keith said. A lot has changed in the last 50 years of the game. Keith reckons "you train harder, faster, you move the ball quicker... you gotta have your mind ready". He won't give up the sport anytime soon. Keith's message to young people "[don't] give up too early" Casey Bishop.
