21.01.2022 A special mention to the Girls last night for giving the Boys a whooping in the warm up game of indoor soccer. The Girls went 3-0 up and the Boys crumbled under the pressure. The Girls also towelled the Boys up in the sparring.... Well Done

17.01.2022 Some Good News. At this stage we have been given the ok to reopen the gym for fitness classes as of the 1st of June. Next week we will be doing final prep and a test run then if all goes ok we open the following week.... Numbers will be capped for classes so it would be a good idea to msg me to reserve a spot. I have reserved spots for the regulars( pre virus) already but get in contact with me to confirm. Spots are limited. I am looking forward to getting things back on track and seeing you down the gym. Not long now

16.01.2022 Good Luck to Nathaniel May early tomorrow morning WST. The Bunbury Boxer will be fighting for a European belt in Liverpool.

15.01.2022 Gym is back in business next week. The sessions will be fitness classes only but the following week should be back to full contact with the phase 3 easing of restrictions. At the moment there is a cap on the class sizes and distancing rules so msg me if you want to book a spot. Classes will be back on at the same times and days as pre Covid. Monday is a public holiday but I will still have the 6pm class running. So see you at the gym

13.01.2022 Boxing Classes for 10-15 year olds are back on next tuesday 4,30-5,30.

13.01.2022 Brady, 18, had his fight last night and although he didnt get the win he can be very happy with his performance. Brady in his 1st ever fight fought an "experienced novice" who had 4 fights for 4 wins and had won the Novice Titles last year. Giving away age and experience Brady came out strong and got the better of his opponent in the 1st round with some good straight punching and body shots.... The 2nd round his opponent stepped it up and got the better of the 2nd round. In the 3rd Brady started the round on top but started to tire. His opponent started to take control and he finished the round on top. As the Coach I was very happy with Bradys 1st fight. He fought a quality opponent and held his own. Congratulations Brady Baker

13.01.2022 Unfortunately as of 12pm today the Boxing Gym will be closed until further notice. ( As per Govt instructions regarding Covid 19) Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Stay Safe. We will be back
