25.01.2022 Whattup mdcfam. Check out this beauty we completed last week for some good friends of mine Nath and Alicja. Youll find this stunning looking house on shayne street in Hallshead. Nath and Alicja chose the oyster cream mix from Hanson Concrete Australia which ties in bloody beautifully with the beachy tones in the stone mix to match their location and style of the house. 23.01.2022 Whattup mdcfam. Heres a little number we managed to knock out between the rain this week for Mandurah Homes Quality Builders. These guys definitely know how to build a dream house. Youll find this little beauty over on Europa place in mariners cove. They opted for liquid limestone with our standard flag pattern out the back for the alfresco and dead side then the jarrah exposed aggregate mix for the driveway and entry. We exposed the edges on the driveway to continue to look down to where the lawn will meet. Really finished it off nicely. its the little things. 21.01.2022 Whattup MDCfam. Have a go at this hot little number we completed for Shane and nisha over in Europa Place in Mariners cove. They opted for the eucalyptus mix supplied by WA PREMIX. This job had all the fruits, we removed the the kerb for the driveway which gives it a speccy look compared to the other drives in the street. Then out the back we installed the tiled drains in the alfresco and a seemless edge going both over the retaining wall and the pool edge which gives it that mayweather look to go with the view these guys have. 19.01.2022 Whattuuuuuup mdcfam. well its that time of year again where we break up for the year and recharge the batteries, and what a bloody year it has been! Weve had our work cut out for us this year big time but it definitely paid off. We had some massive jobs on for the boys at Mandurah Homes Quality Builders including a monster 900m2 driveway that we managed to pour in two hits thanks to the guys at Westoz concrete pumping. That one really tested us. The lads at Ryz...a HOMES gave us some awesome houses to do too and they came up an absolute treat. But it wasnt all work for us. We came on board with the Mandurah Mustangs to become the sponsors for the womens footy team starting up next year. So we look forward to working in with them for the next 3 years. So its fair to say weve had a big year, but we never back away from a challenge so bring on next year. Theres been a big transformation with this backyard getting it ready for their summer frothies. They opted for the white granite mix from Hanson concrete. They will be getting the centre part laid with fake turf from our good friends Selina Muller Go Greener Synthetic Lawns and a new patio to be installed later on. The owners went with the magnolia mix from WA premix which would have to be one of my favourite mixes. the mix of the 7mm and 14mm Quartz just makes it pop harder than a pack of pringles. These guys houses are something to see tbh. They keep getting better and better. theres another carton boys. We went with the summer skies mix from Mandurah premix and as always its turned out perfect. This would have to be close to one of my fav all time mixes. The mix of 7mm and 14mm stones along with the black... basalt just makes this mix pop better than the rivalry between MGK and EMINEM. Once again we have exposed the edges along the paths and driveway out the front and I love the look of it. Its the little 1 percenters that make it a million dollars. So you know the drill peeps. 09.01.2022 Whattup mdcfam. Now set your eyes on this absolute ripper we just finished on the weekend. This would have to be one of the biggest renovations Ive seen ever. This stunning home is located on estuary road and has been renovated by the team at Mandurah Homes Quality Buildersthese guys not only build quality homes but can also renovate your dream home. There has literally been no expense spared with this house and they and their tradies have absolutely excelled thems...elves with this one. From the natural stone work to the 1500m2......thats right, 1500m2 of exposed aggregate, everything has been top notch. The boys have had their fair share of late nights and big days. We managed to do the entire front section which was close to 900m2 in only 2 pours. The first being a good 500 and the second part to the road was a close 400 (big props go out to the boys at West Oz Concrete Pumping for all their hard work). Its been a long process completing this job over the last couple of months and there was definitely a lot of sweat, blood and beers shed throughout. The colour choice was the classic jarrah mix provided by WA premix and looks absolutely amazing around the house. The owners and supervisors done well with the selections. Youll see this house hopefully taking out an award or two later in the year so def keep your peepers out for it. So as always fam like, share and get in touch with us if youre wanting a quote. 07.01.2022 Whattup mdcfam. It was good to finally have a normal week where we werent finishing at stupid oclock at night after so long. So this week the boys put it into neutral and pumped out this little beauty for friends of mine and previous clients Kris and Chris. We done the sneaky on them and gave them a raised spa area which really highlights that part of the pool and makes it standout along with the seamless pool edging which is getting more and more popular by the day. We cut in our random flag pattern which is simple yet effective and coated it with the water based sealer to keep the natural limestone look. So yall know the drill.
