While booking an appointment youll be asked a series of questions about your overseas travel and your potential contact with anyone who may have traveled overseas since the 1st of March or confirmed cases. Well also ask you about any possible fever or other respiratory conditions you may have. ... We may also ask your family and friends to wait outside the waiting room so that we can accommodate patients with social distancing regulations. Within our clinic you may also notice a few more changes: - Removal of waiting room chairs (social distancing) as well as any unnecessary items such as childrens toys and magazines. - A barrier at the reception to allow for 1.5m in between you and the receptionists. - Staff wearing PPE. - Availability to hand sanitiser.
