25.01.2022 Starfish nippers is at Town beach this weekend. There will be a carnival going on but that wont affect us at all. Hope to see you there.

24.01.2022 Just a quick clarification on what times Starfish nippers starts and finishes. Woodside nipper parents have been asked to be there for 9am to sign in and line up for a 9.30am start and they have staggered finishing times from 10.30am (under 6s) to 11.30am (under 13s). Starfish nippers can meet at the tent anytime they want for a starting time of 9.30am and finishing at 11am. See you on the beach.

24.01.2022 Hi everyone, Pending weather conditions, Nippers will be tomorrow at San Remo Beach. The nipper coordinator will be assessing the water conditions tomorrow morning and will decide if water activities will be allowed. If the water is deemed unsafe we WILL NOT be taking starfish nippers in the water and will only be providing land based activities. If you are yet to register, there will be people in the office on Sunday to help you out. ... Please note: You cannot receive your Woodside nippers pack or participate in Starfish nippers until you are registered and financial. If you are coming tomorrow comment below so I can let you know personally if there are any changes to tomorrow’s schedule. Thanks the Starfish team See more

24.01.2022 As we get closer to our season starting, something for our starfish families to think about.

24.01.2022 Nippers is back on today at town beach. Looks like Anthony is getting creative with the pool noodles and has an obstacle course ready to go! See you for a 9.30am start. First carpark is full so go to the second carpark.

22.01.2022 Some photos from last week kindly sent in from a parent.

22.01.2022 FYI... Good afternoon, Due to the heat expected on Sunday, we've decided to move nippers forward 1 hour so we will begin marshalling at 8:00am for an 8:30am start.... We have also decided to move activities to the club at San Remo due to closer proximity to facilities. Apologies for the change from the programme but hope you all appreciate the opportunity to get out of the heat of the day! Any questions or queries, please contact me on [email protected] Kind Regards Fiona Kenyon Woodside Nipper Coordinator

22.01.2022 This is a message from the president of Mandurah SLSC with regards to cancellation of all non essential surf activities.

22.01.2022 As an organisation with a primary focus on public safety we have an obligation to assist the government in meeting health objectives by doing what we can to slow transmission of the CONID-19 virus among our members and members of the public as a whole. With this in mind and advice received from SLSWA the Mandurah Surf Lifesaving Club Committee has resolved to suspend our Woodside Nipper and Starfish Nipper programs immediately until further notice. This also includes the pro...posed Club Social Night and Beach carnival scheduled for the 20th March 2020. We have not taken this decision lightly, but we believe it is in the best interest of the club and wider community. The committee will continue to monitor this situation as it unfolds and will provide further information as it comes to hand and decisions are made regarding future club events. In relation to our normal lifesaving patrols and current training programs these will remain unchanged until further notice. Regards MHSLSC Committee
