04.01.2022 There are so many things going on outside out of our control. It can make us want to reach for comfort foods and fall out of our exercise routines during stressful times. But this week Im even more determined to say NO! ... Ill stick to my plan and continue to reach my goals. It may not be perfect because the stores werent stocked and our beloved gym had to close. But I REFUSE to give up on myself Im taking CONTROL of what I can CONTROL. And I can CONTROL my healthy habits. I CHOOSE to make proper nutrition and my workouts a priority this week NO MATTER WHAT.
