25.01.2022 It’s Churchill Boot Camps Third Birthday. It’s hard to believe it’s been 3 years already. Well I’m still here and loving everything about what I do and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. It’s been a tough few months and from Thursday Churchill Boot Camp will be back to virtual training via Zoom meetings. I do not believe in giving up. Life throws challenges our way and this year has been a doozy for us all. So, never give up, never surrender, smile and make today an awesome day

19.01.2022 CHURCHILL BOOT CAMP & MANDY DEMPSEY PERSONAL TRAINING COVID-19 STATEMENT 25th March 2020 First of all thank you for the many messages I received last night after the governments statement about 10 people per boot camp now being allowed. I have considered this I and have decided that Churchill Boot Camp and my PT Sessions will stay with the virtual on-line training format until the Covid-19 crisis in Australia is well and truly over.... I have a couple of reasons but first and foremost my clients health and safety must come first. I do not want any of my clients to get this virus. If anyone caught it and I felt that my actions contributed to it, it would be extremely irresponsible on my part and I could never forgive myself. My boot camp is not about me. It is about helping others become fit, healthy people and to feel good about themselves. Thank you for all of your support in these extremely trying and stressful times. We shall as a nation get through this together.

18.01.2022 The benefits of a Dumbbell Tricep Kickback are all about definition and firming up the Triceps Brachii, the Brachialis and the Pronator Teres muscles. The Tricep muscles are referred to jokingly as our Bat Wings.
