24.01.2022 I always say patting is one of the OHS issues of the sleep consultants job. Maybe this is the answer

24.01.2022 This is so wonderful

23.01.2022 Mandy Hose She Knows.... tv

22.01.2022 Lockdown in Melbourne, home learning, and working is a familiar juggle. It’s been a mind game to keep my spirits up, so if you feel overwhelmed running your own business and family you are not alone. So here are some kookaburras that are visiting everyday to remind me and you that nature helps. The diary is open and filling nicely, so thank you to every family trusting me with your precious kiddos in a pandemic, families stripped of their support systems. I am learning so much at this time. Mandy

18.01.2022 Thank you @jojoeva for hosting a fabulous afternoon for those you care about. It was a great sleep workshop and an excellent reminder that I can come to any group anywhere metro Melbourne and talk all things sleep, newborns- five year olds. Mandy

17.01.2022 The girls and I are disappointed we can’t have our cake stall today. We love doing it on Good Friday and seeing so many friends and family over the day. We will be donating to RCH though and hope to be back with our street stall next year. Mandy

17.01.2022 Love these girls, and only women in a lockdown could write something so perfect for our kids, and let’s face it us here in Melbourne. I’m sharing because their fb was stolen and they are building up their page again, let’s all help them. ... Mandy See more

Thank you Australian Multiple Birth Association for hosting and I am looking forward to discussing all things toddlers and pre schooler's bedtime shenanigans. I will also be covering some food, behaviour, and parental self care tips and tricks. 13.01.2022 I just bought these for my girls, what a fabulous idea from a fabulous woman. Anything to make this time ( especially here in Melbourne ) have some meaning. ... Mandy See more

12.01.2022 Hi friends and followers. Tonight I am running a webinar, and I am seriously proud. This is the webinar of my dreams. Hahaha. I am not sure anyone else in the world would say this, but here it is. Thank you to Australian Multiple Birth Association for being such a great supporter of my business and me as a woman. For also looking out for multiple families of children with disabilities and additional needs. We are not as rare as people might think. ... I would like to especially thank the Victorian clubs, who I usually go out and visit and who have paid for these webinars. Such wonderful people doing important work and volunteering when they are arguably some of the busiest people. I can't wait to come back into your communities and see you all in person. I miss you all, the babies, the prams, the jiggling, the supper eating, the laughs, the tears and the shared tiredness. Special shout out to Larissa Jordan ( a fabulous triplet mummy ) from Diamond Valley Multiple Birth Association - DVMBA who always cheers me on. Thank you. Thank you to all the messages of encouragement I have received from the other webinars I have done for NIMBA ( also a super supportive club ) and toddlers two weeks ago. I also wanted to shout out an enormous thank you to Tania Tee who has jumped into my life and given me the tools, the courage and the support ( she joined me on my first webinar to help ) I simply could not have done this without you. Thank you. People are asking me if I will do this again, and the answer is yes. I can do this for your group specifically, and I am looking into creating events so that anyone and everyone can join in. Next step for Tania and I to work on together. If you are a member of an AMBA club, you can register for tonight and log in for free. The best part is that I can't see you, so tracksuit pants and pj's are all welcome. 'See' you all tonight at 8pm Mandy

12.01.2022 I had a fun time recording a little bit about sleep for my lovely friends Kirsty and Amy on their fabulous podcast The Art of Decluttering. Check it out. https://podcasts.apple.com//the-art-of-declu/id1255038682

11.01.2022 My goodness. Talk about tears on a Saturday morning. I want all my families who are bringing home babies from NICU/SCN to also hear this. Babies who experience trauma in a different way. Love is all it takes, especially when we feel like we are failing in a million different ways ( speaking from experience ). ... Mandy

11.01.2022 If you are feeling overwhelmed, like I am, this helps me understand why. Be gentle on yourself, speaking to myself too.

10.01.2022 This has amused me no end

10.01.2022 Thank you Naomi from @twinfoaustralia for making this fab movie. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for technological help!!!

10.01.2022 Today is our one year since we launched @toopeaspod and what a year it’s been. Thank you @instantimpression for joining me on this ride. I have always felt a nudge from the universe to speak up for families of multiples with disabilities. I never quite knew where I, as a mother fitted in. The change in my life since beginning this podcast is indescribable. The Pea Tribe has lifted me up and pushed me to live as best life as I can ( even in a pandemic ). I am so grateful. I cannot thank enough people, I keep missing them. Sooooo many, and if you head to our page you can find them. These cakes are from pea @michellesweetreats though and the photos were a competition I won by @amyoliver. Sank you everyone. Truly. Mandy

09.01.2022 This is the most astonishing news since 2005 at my ultrasound with twins. Thank you @australianoftheyear @australiadayvic for this honour of being nominated for Victoria. We are SO proud. Thank you Kate @toopeaspod this has been such an incredible ride. Thank you to all the families I have worked with over the last 7 years whose stories have crept into my heart and realised we needed a revolution in the multiple birth community. What an honour. Mandy

07.01.2022 A few years ago I stabbed my hand getting an avocado stone out, plastic surgery yadayada. Ever since I have been relentlessly teased and I love it. Didn’t take long for gorgeous @stephsface_masks to whip this up. Get in line for her fantastic masks.

06.01.2022 Thank you everyone

05.01.2022 I’m getting organised. Xx

03.01.2022 Goodness gracious me my vote for a 100,000 crowd singalong at the AFL Grand Final at the MCG next year

03.01.2022 Posting this, in the hope that 15 years of me thinking this, is a guilt no one needs anymore. Especially in a pandemic, remote learning, lockdown, curfews, mask wearing, working from home, babies, toddlers, pre schoolers, school kids, teens and young adults. Just love your kids and be an adult and do the stuff that needs to be done.... If we can come out the other side of this pandemic as strong people who actually know what matters, wouldn’t that be fantastic? Mandy PS also, it doesn’t matter how your kids sleep, there is no right or wrong way, however if you are wanting to make changes, then I am your lady. Xxx

02.01.2022 Tired people. I am here for you. Mandy

01.01.2022 Rest In Peace, good and faithful servant. I have greatly admired Dr Catherine Hamlin @hamlinfistula and the extraordinary work she pioneered. I want the world to acknowledge her death at this time. Mandy

01.01.2022 What a time it was, a few weeks ago!! @theartofdecluttering one of my first fav podcasts to listen to, and also gave me the encouragement to begin @toopeaspod. Thank you Kirsty and Amy for everything
