06.01.2022 Face Painting and Balloon Art is a very rewarding experience and I encourage anyone interested to give it a try (even to have a dabble at home with the kids). I use a selection of face paints from DiamondFX, WolfeFX, TAG, Snazaroo and Global. I like these brands, as they are cosmetic safe, solid and bright. Quality face paints can be expensive, but well worth the money when it comes to sensitive skin and the desired effect. I also make my own rainbow cakes to save money and ...add variety to my designs. For paint brushes, I started with Loew Cornell face paint brushes, but any good quality synthetic Taklon brushes are fine (a size 2, 4 & 8 Round, a 3/4 flat and a size 4 or 6 petal brush would be enough to get you started). I use Qualatex Balloons for balloon art as they are durable and flexible and have a great range of available colours. All the products I use are readily available from face paint suppliers in Australia. Please Note: What I have suggested is based purely on my own experience and preferences. See more
