02.01.2022 Hello! We thought that we should make an introduction post We are Janine and Gemma! The creators behind Mane Accessory. These pics are of us as kids in the late 80’s and early 90’s. As we are sure you can see, we loved scrunchies and headbands just as much then as we do now!... The idea for the Mane Accessory name came from both our names (the ma in Gemma and the ne in Janine) We also wanted something to represent hair so Mane it is. We decided to start Mane Accessory to help fuel our long lasting love of scrunchies and headbands but also to share our joy in creating these handmade treasures with you all!
