25.01.2022 IMPORTANT MESSAGE. Due to the recent outbreak of corona virus we have added extra measures to our strict cleaning procedures. The aim is to provide a safe, comfortable and germ free training studio. We have also had to reform some of our training methods. Rest assured the following is now already in place. * Regular wiping of all surfaces with viraclean (hospital grade disinfectant), ... * Hospital grade hand sanitizer available on entrance and during training. * Daily wiping down of all equipment with hospital grade disinfectant * Removal of multi use boxing gloves * Hospital grade hand wash in bathrooms. 24.01.2022 It is with great sadness that MANE TRAIN Fitness and Martial Arts will be closed until further notice. The NSW Prime Minister has called for all gyms to close. This is to limit the risk of the corona virus from spreading. We must all take appropriate action to assist wherever possible with the elimination of this disease. Due to the ease of contamination and the unknown of this disease, we must follow health professionals advice and abide by the regulations implemented. I p...ray that all members and public dont encounter this disease. I also hope that I have done my part in promoting your health and strength to conquer this obstacle. To all my members and everyone reading. Train at home, keep yourself fit, stretch everyday and rest assured I am only a phone call away for any advise or help I can offer. DO NOT take this as a time of rest. It is proven that the fitter you are the less likely you are at risk of being affected by this and other diseases. To all the kids enrolled in Taekwondo. Read your booklet. Study the STILLFIRE LOGO. In particular the OTUGI. Once knocked down it will always right itself. This applies to everything you do in life. Not just Taekwondo. Hectic SCHEDULES replaced by NAPS, REST, and RELAXATION. The AIR seems CLEANER. The WORLD quieter. PEOPLE are conscious about HYGIENE and HEALTH. MONEY doesn't make the WORLD GO ROUND anymore. DESIGNER clothing is pointless as nobody ever really needed it. DOCTORS AND NURSES are being praised and recognized instead of athletes and celebrities.
