14.01.2022 PH BÒ ST VANG Tradional Vietnamesenoodle soup with beef stewed in red wine Red Wine Beef Stew originated from France, and introduced into Vietnam during the French colonial period. Those days, it was an expensive dish that served with French style bread, to French and wealthy people in luxury hotels and restaurants. Years later, it became popular, and amazingly combined with Vietnamese Traditional Noodle Soup, it claimed a place in Vietnam...ese culinary. The 14 hour slow cook broth, and several hour stewed beef in red wine, together created a charming bowl of noodle. Is it derived from your delicious bowl of Bamboo shoots and Duck Rice Noodle Soup? We are famous in town with signature bowls of Bamboo Shoots & Duck or Free-range Chicken Noodle Soup, but there was much more to name the restaurant Mng, and place into it our deep love. Mng is a young bud, a strong new shoot which will soon grow into durable and brave... bamboo tree regardless of whether condition. For Vietnamese, it is an iconic popular native plant representing a strong tie, a great commitment, a reliable protection, and an admirable resilience. In Vietnamese culinary, it is a simple but incredible ingredient that is well-known to millions of Vietnamese people.
