24.01.2022 I love watching communities rally behind small businesses, supporting where they can. I love watching businesses grow and thrive normally, but right now it is even more rewarding. Having to adapt and adjust quickly has been a learning curve for businesses, its not easy but if you put in the time, adjust and have the right team behind you it will work. 11.01.2022 In this climate it is so important for all businesses to look at what their unique offering is (or USP) & how to make their customers experience rewarding. Some I like myself as a consumer are, rewards; sending gifts with purchase and even simpler; a note, thanking your customer for choosing them & how much it means to them as a business owner. Its so simple but it works, these need to be hand written not just printed. Remember, price point isnt the only way you can compete for their business. Have a look at your business from your customers eyes, what is their experience from finding you through to recieving their goods! Make sure you put that little extra touch in to seperate you from your competitors! Happy Hump Day!

09.01.2022 Happy Easter!! I took a moment to think back to the last "outing" I went on and it was for Heidis Shed Your Sh*t workshop . I am so glad I was brave and chose to go even though I was going alone. Petrified I was welcomed by Heidi with an energy that just instantly made me feel like Id made the right choice. In there was a room filled with women all, amazing, wonderful, beautiful women. Together we shed our sh*t and started our journey to love ourselves deeply and truley. Now as we sit in isolation, doing well to socially distance ourselves it is so important to take time to get to know yourself again and remember how worthy you are of love and happiness. And always laugh even if your laughing at yourself sometimes (thats ok too)

08.01.2022 I am so excited to be organising this day with a wonderful team of talented passionate people who want help make childrens lives better. The Mental Health Association of WA & Make A Difference WA have partnered with @themagiccoat during Mental Health week to present Magic Coat Day.... October 16th from 10am - 2pm. The aim of Magic Coat Day is to raise awareness of the importance of childrens mental health. Special guests and activities for primary school aged children will be live streamed from the WACA so that schools and community organisations can be part of the day no matter where they are located. To register your interest email [email protected] Once registered you will receive a program of the day and fun suggestions on how your school or organisation can get involved.

01.01.2022 I am LOVING this juice. Doing a 4 day cleanse to gain better health and clarity as WA comes a little out of lock down. I want to be as strong as possible through Winter. Its tough no lies, but Im feeling great on the inside already. I was inspired to share when I saw @reesewitherspoon drinks a green juice every day as a late breakfast and has for the last 8/9 years. We all know getting a good dose of greens everyday is so important so why not blend up a heap once a day and youre done lol PLUS this looks bad but tastes so good.
