06.01.2022 Today's flower class had us making a beautiful headpiece featuring the exquisite cymbidium orchid. Creating this today has definitely given me a new appreciation for florists and how hard they work at their craft. This was very labour intensive!! The wiring and taping techniques for each individual flower and stem were tedious, cumbersome and tricky to master, but once I got into a rhythm, it was just so calming, relaxing and gratifying to see it all come together.... I'm loving this course along with the joy and peace it brings me can't wait for next week x
