16.01.2022 Sometime we block out bays and it may not seem obvious why but here is a perfect example. Bay 2 has a nearby tree which the black cockys love to chew and drop the honkey nuts. Ive given them the directions to the Cozy Creek road side stall (which is amazing!!) and a few other guests so they can get some fresh produce on their way home.

Follow the 1.2km walk trail through... old growth Karri, Jarrah and Marri forest and search for the more than 70 installed sculptures, including Kim Perrier’s renowned ‘Rising from the Ashes’ series. A small entry fee applies to enter this community arts project. Understory is open daily 9am-4pm. 2. As Northcliffe’s ephemeral swamps start to drain in November search for some of the beautiful late-flowering wildflowers and orchids that pop up in these habitats. Look for the stunning Swamp Sun Orchids (Thelymitra cucullata), Tiger Orchids (Thelymitra tigrina) and Babe-in-a-Cradle Orchid (Epiblema grandiflorum). Late flowering species in the forests surrounding Northcliffe include Potato Orchids (Gastrodia lacista), Club-lipped Spiders (Caladenia corynephora) and Slipper Orchids (Cryptostylis ovata). 3. Make the most of Northcliffe’s warm November days and wander the 8km-return clifftop walk trail from Windy Harbour to Tookalup Lookout, taking in the scenic views of the consolidated limestone features and lookouts at Cathedral Beach and Point D’Entrecasteaux along the way. For the birdwatchers and photographers, look for Southern Emu-wrens, Splendid & Red-winged Fairy Wrens, Rock Parrots, Ospreys and Peregrine Falcons. The staff at the Northcliffe Visitor Centre are all long-term locals and are the full bottle on all the best spots to visit (open daily 9am 4pm). Visit the Northcliffe Pioneer Museum daily between 10am-3pm to learn about Northcliffe’s heritage from one of Northcliffe’s local characters, or drop in to the Northcliffe Hotel or Northcliffe Workers Club for a pint and a pub meal. But first, unfortunately due to a late and light... cherry season we regret to say we won’t have the quantities to supply the demand of cherries that we experience both on the farm and in town over the Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival, and for that reason we have made the decision not to have a stall in town at this years Cherry Festival. Although, this does give the whole family the opportunity to be completely together on the farm for the first time in 19 years! And as per usual, we will have all our regular goodies on offer from some of our favourite local producers, value added artisans, crafts and gift ideas. Along with all your favourite farm fresh Guadagnino Orchard fruits, we will also have available to purchase: A huge selection of local, fresh and dried gourmet mushrooms from @southernforestfungi including a select range of their grow your own mushroom grow kits, which also make a great gift idea. Fresh local veggies from the very wonderful @bradandhelenwren A lovely selection of local honey from @nectarofthegiantshoney @pembertonhoneyco and @westernwoodshoney Fresh local pasture range eggs from @charcolsprings Everyone’s favourite range of small batch condiments from @thepickledwife A gorgeous selection of homemade crafts and personalised gifts by the very talented @dannielleguadagnino And a huge range of mixed goodies from @the_lavender_barn_au including condiments, crafts and gift ideas.
