20.01.2022 For everyone's safety, we are no longer transporting customers in our trucks when performing tows, but we have a solution! The cars from Southern Forest Hire Cars are available to you at a minimal cost (basically to cover cleaning time/sanitising costs)- if you need your car towed, but don't have any other way of getting home, please let us know and we can arrange to bring a hire car to you when we come out to tow your vehicle.

11.01.2022 If you are one of the brave ones headed to the coast this long weekend, please drive safely as the gravel roads are very slippery and wet, and they have soft edges due to all of the rain. We have already recovered one vehicle today and we would hate for anyone else to end up in the same situation!

Once we have agreed that you may enter, please practice social distancing with our staff: i.e. A minimum of 1.5 m distance between people at all times, no hand shaking etc. Please DO NOT attend the property if you have shown ANY symptoms of COVID-19. Payments for Impounds or other services must be made via direct debit to the bank detailed on your Invoice. For impounded vehicles, this must occur 2 days prior to collecting your vehicle. EFTPOS facilities are only available over the phone by calling Lauren on 0448718804. If you must pay in cash, all monies need to be accurate & placed in envelope provided at our office. Details of payment must also be noted on envelope - Name, Invoice number, Date. Thank you for your co-operation.
