25.01.2022 Solutions. For over a decade, there has been an ongoing saga involving riders in the Manly Vale/Seaforth area and local government. Its time for that to end.... Manly Council and Warringah Council encountered unsanctioned community-constructed jump parks on their land. On each occasion, the Council destroyed the jumps, and promised to provide a replacement legal facility to meet the needs of the user group. On both occasions, the Council failed to deliver. Now, Northern Beaches Council is faced with the same issue, with unsanctioned jumps appearing at both of the formerly closed sites, and various other locations in the nearby suburbs. This is an opportunity for the amalgamated Council to show real leadership, and succeed where its predecessors failed. Its time to solve the problem once and for all. The team at Trail Care has come up with a solution. Let us know what you think.
