Well, if you haven't yet, come and have fun with us while Sculpting from life (work with a life model every week) 3hrs per class ,Monday sketch evening class. Sketching with clay is absolutely amazing! I personally enjoy the challenge of having limited time to work on a pose, because it really teaches you the best way to construct the support for the figure to be able to stand up and emerge from the clay as a figurative art , no mat...ter the pose chosen , no need of previous experience, its just a great practice for anyone who wants to get into sculpture and try something different . 19.01.2022 This year I decided I was going to participate in art exhibitions for first time as a sculptor, as for my second attempt on a collective exhibition I was blown away when i heard my name as the winner of the Harbour Exhibition Balmain in Sydney 11/20/2020 what a day to remember!! I even was amazed to know that I won a prize!!! With my bronze piece called Fungi Feet When I create any work, I mostly represent my memories and experiences that get mixed with reality and i...magination in my head ... surrealism, as they called, and this has been my "modus vivendi " for the sanity of my artistic self. I have to thank all the team at @HarbourSculpture for their kindness and opportunity to the emerging artists, to Jamie Parker Green MP for the opening of the event , to the judge and curator Michael Snape for his encouragement and support after the tough decision making between the 35 very talented participants, to the beautiful humans that volunteers and committee Catherine, Kathy, Daniela, Ingrid just to mention few.
