08.01.2022 Osu everyone - happy new year! Here are some photos taken at the December grading held in Artarmon. Many thanks to the Artarmon dojo for organising and well done to the students who took part.

04.01.2022 Osu, team it has been great to see people back at training over the lasts few months and also to see a few new faces. Just posting this message here as a reminder to every one of our commitment to ensure the health and safety of everyone training at the dojo. Please continue to keep the following in mind: 1) We love your commitment to your training, but if you feel unwell please remain at home... 2) Remember to sign in at the start of every class. 3) Please use the hand sanitising station at the very least before and after class 4) Make use of the cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment (e.g. the kick shields) after use. 5) Retain social distancing spacing (1.5m) between yourself and your neighbours on the mat 6) Enjoy your time in the dojo :) See more
