19.01.2022 Time for a MannaCorp status update. -2 Thomas St Seacliff Park is moving along well, the homes are at lock up, kitchens in and tiling well underway. All set for Sept Completion on schedule. -17 Marleston Ave Ashford external cladding is nearly done with scaffold due to come down any day. All 5 are now Sold! -35 Denham Ave slabs are now down and framing underway. We took some drone shots for marketing recently, they show how nice the location is with ovals and parks and your d...oorstep. -25 Tennyson St Kurralta park has just had the tender completed and been awarded to a builder. Start date set for 3rd Sept. -We have secured another site in Ashford, our neighbours block, so 4 new townhouses at 19 Marleston Ave have just been lodged with council for approvals. See more
