I'm back in the kitchen this week before another fortnight off as I have finally been given a date for an operation and will need time to get well again... But for now this weeks meal choice are - *Roast lemon chicken pieces with potato wedges and buttered beans *Char Siu pork with broccolini, crushed peanuts and steamed rice... *Cottage pie (beef) *Yellow dahl with chilli, garlic and turmeric with roti bread (V) *Pesto, pumpkin and chicken lasagne (or vegetarian if you prefer) *Pork sausages, onion gravy, mash and peas Cut off for orders this week is Thursday 9th January at midday for delivery this Friday 10th January.
