Then you have what you see is what you get this simply means look at the street look at the re sales this is a street that you will always be on the up giving capital growth, with building you just can’t guarantee if you build a million dollar home that your neighbour doesn’t build @ $400 project home, now there is nothing wrong with that but it isn’t a plus if you are plannin...g on building you home in a high valued and high demand area. Then whilst you build you have to rent. It doesn’t matter if your builder tells you 8 months I guarantee it will take longer. Stress factor choosing all those interior fixtures and fittings starts off exciting but then you can’t decide, or what If i choose and I don’t like it or it just suit the space.
