22.01.2022 Week 3 Manning Jack Attack results: Winners: Mitch, Ben and Merv, subbing in for The "Habbibs" with a good score of 4 pts +26 shots, winning the weekly $50 prize. Runners Up were: Missing Moo backing up from last weeks big win with 4 pts + 19 shots. The spider was won by Missing Moo who pocketed $50 for their team. Keep up the great bowls!!!

15.01.2022 Manning Jack Attack has begun with a bang!!! 20 very enthusiastic teams have taken to the green over the last two weeks. With much laughter and good bowls being played the winners of week one were: The Wooden Spoon with 4 pts + 27 shots. Runners up were The Village Idiots with 4 pts + 13 shots. Week Two saw the team of "Missing Moo" record a fabulous score of 4 pts + 28 shots. Closely followed by the "Wooden Spoon", keeping up there good form with 4 pts plus 25 shots .

08.01.2022 The Jack Attack season is one where you can team up and challenge others to 4 weeks of bowls in a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The 2018 competition dates for March are: 7th of March... 14th of March 21st of March 28th of March Games are approximately 60-75 minutes in duration. Each team requires a minimum of 3 players however you may have up to 6 people in a team. You may substitute your players during the game numerous times. It is $120 per team to enter the 4 week competition. All equipment required is provided by the club this includes bowls. If you do have your own please feel free to bring them along. What do you wear? You may wear what you like as long as you are comfortable. Your team might decide on a team uniform! Reasonably flat soled shoes are required for protection of the greens - if you don't have suitable footwear you may go barefoot. We are child friendly so your little ones are very welcome to come along. Those who are over 13 years of age may participate. There are meals available during the season that are $10.00 along with Happy Hour from 5.30pm - 6.30pm If you have never played bowls before there is no need to worry! 05.01.2022 The final night of jack attack was held in glorious conditions and an even better atmosphere last night as the 20 teams played to see who would be crowned the Jack Attack champions The very consistent TEAM HOPE were the winners of the $400 with 22 points +17 shots... Second place and $200 went to MISSING MOO with 20 points and a massive 66 shots Third place and $100 was taken out by the YOUNG GUNS also on 20 points + 4 The weekly winners of the $50 was won by the fast finishing SPOONERS With 4 points + 16 shots We would like to thank you all for taking part in the event and trust you have enjoyed the 6 weeks and thank you for supporting the Manning Bowling Club Also a huge thanks to the volunteers who helped each week so things ran smoothly Cheers Aj and Andy

01.01.2022 Week 5 of jack attack saw some great games and some very interesting results The Young guns and T Birds who were 1st and 2nd on the ladder fell victim to Ten pin and wooden spoon which saw positions become very tight at the top of ladder with any of the top 7 in with a chance to take the $400 first prize This weeks winners were Lawn Clippings 4pts + 29 shots...
