19.01.2022 The process of converting your Instructor-Led Training (ILT) collateral to eLearning is certainly more than converting a PowerPoint slide deck to an online format. The key to success is to have a solid strategy in place to ensure that making the transition from ILT courses is the right one. Whether you need assistance on mapping this strategy, developing your storyboard, or want to implement a specific template design, I can assist you in identifying the best solution.

16.01.2022 I’m chuffed to learn that the Accidental Counsellor learning module I designed for Lifeline Australia is running for an award at LearnX 2020. I have worked on a lot of learning modules but this one is particularly closed to me because of its relevance and timeliness. In a period where everyone has been affected and impacted by the bushfires and COVID-19 pandemic, whether directly or indirectly, we all have a role to play in supporting each other. I believe that this module helps facilitate in achieving this. #LearnXAward2020

11.01.2022 I think a lot of organisations are caught off guard when it comes to delivering training, given the current landscape we’re in. While this environment is filled with uncertainty, it also provides businesses with the opportunity to look at their L&D programs and make them accessible remotely. Here’s a good article about how to start doing this. https://promoteint.com//how-to-quickly-apply-a-blended-ap/
