23.01.2022 Facebook has changed notifications for all groups again. They have automatically switched members of many groups to receive "Highlights" instead of All Posts. This means you will only see about 1 in 10 posts on the groups you're in. ... To make sure you don’t miss a post on the page or favourite groups in general, change your settings by going to the group page then: 1) click the 3 dots on the top right of the group page. 2) click manage notifications. 3) change from "Highlights" to "All Posts". Between shaking it up during the day with a couple of snacks to keep the old metabolism operating, and then a delicious @youfoodz dinner I have managed to lose 3kgs . I think giving up the soft drink and the sugar the week before as well as the smokes a couple of days later before going on the shakes and the diet has helped not only physically but mentally as well!
