14.01.2022 Happy International Za'atar Day!! Did you know that the spice Za'atar has been in use since Ancient Egypt and probably before - that's just when they have proof. And it still just tastes just as good!! . Za'atar Day seemed like a wonderful day to share some more photos of our upcoming Kaak, especially the one covered in Za'atar - Kaak release date is not set but it will be around the time of our new store opening!... Kaak is a traditional Lebanese "biscuit" and while traditionally they are in a ring shape, similar to a doughnut, we have gone more for a pizza shape so we can fill them with things like cheese. If you ate Manoosh way back when we started they were on the menu but when we downsized the menu they disappeared, and now the world is ready for the reintroduction to the Kaak.
