13.01.2022 We are excited to let you know that the builders have now finished top out at Hawthorn Club! Topping out is an important stage for the development and a huge milestone in itself. Along with the above news, windows have now started going in and the installation of balustrades has now commenced. The first kitchen joinery prototype will be installed next week. The anticipated completion of Hawthorn Club is still on track for early 2019 with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

Full speed fitting out of all apartments now occurring. Half of the balustrades are now installed.
