21.01.2022 Community Bank Mansfield & District is locally owned and operated, returning banking profits back into the Mansfield & District community. We asked our Directors, what community banking means to them? John Bowen explained... Community Banking provides any person an opportunity to enhance and be involved in their local community. With profits from this local business being reinvested in the local community all of us benefit. Our family has lived in Mansfield since 2016 enjoying the beautiful environment and welcoming community. The community’s foresight in founding a community bank is now rewarded by substantial community investment by that bank.

19.01.2022 ALERT Our internet, mobile, and phone banking services will be unavailable due to maintenance this Sunday 20 September 12:00am - 7:30am AEST. ATM and EFTPOS s...ervices will be unaffected. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve our systems.

17.01.2022 Rural Australia needs strong leadership in order to develop thriving, connected and resilient communities. Since 1998 the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program (AVCLP) has inspired and assisted hundreds of people to develop their leadership skills, knowledge of the region, and their network of senior management contacts. Tonight we congratulate Rachel Wolfe, for graduating as part of the 2019-2020 cohort. AVCLP encourages and develops leaders across North East Victoria ...and Border regions that have the capacity to build and contribute to their communities and industry sectors. Rachel has a Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Science (Health Promotion), Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (Critical Care) and a Master of Nursing (Education). Rachel has a particular interest in resuscitation training for healthcare providers and first aid training for the community, and she is a co-director of a small nursing education and first aid training company. AVCLP drives community leadership at a local level and helps create opportunity across the region by strengthening leadership capacity across all industry sectors. The Program takes them across the region and beyond to experience first-hand best practice in the factors that contribute to sustainable communities, the innovative projects that are being implemented in our region, and the individuals that drive them. We wish Rachel all the best as she moves forward to implement her new found skills within our community. says David Mayne Chairman, Mansfield & District Community Enterprises Ltd. I would like to sincerely thank the Mansfield & District Community Bank Branch Board and staff for the opportunity this scholarship has provided. I cannot speak highly enough of the program, the program organisers, leadership group and learnings community, professional and personal. I wasn’t aware of how much good is being done in the Alpine Valleys communities. This program has showed me some of what is done behind the scenes and how I can start to action ideas for change/improvement. Rachel Wolfe

16.01.2022 The 2020 ‘Thank You’ Postcards Exhibition & Auction will be extended by three weeks, with a final frenzy weekend bringing the exhibition all together at the Delatite Hotel on Saturday November 28 and Sunday 29. Arts Mansfield President Gille Belle commented It’s been wonderful to see our art enthusiasts both young and old enjoying the works in the shop front windows. By extending the exhibition for another couple of weeks, we are hoping to be able to share this enjoyment with Melbourne visitors too, if restrictions are able to be lifted. Continuing to raise money for the Mansfield District Hospital, the silent auction will now conclude at 5pm on Sunday 29 November, where successful bidders are invited to collect their purchased Postcards.
