14.01.2022 The Mansfield District Racing Club advises that the 2020 Melbourne Cup Day Picnic Races have been cancelled by Racing Victoria in consultation with Country Racing Victoria, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Club wishes to acknowledge the support of its members, the Mansfield community and the racing industry in this difficult period and looks forward to hosting a race meeting in the not to distant future.

12.01.2022 To keep our community and event COVID-19 safe please read the following before attending the Hygain Mansfield Cup tomorrow. - Anyone who has been in or travelled through areas of Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Redland, Ipswich or Logan City Councils since 2nd of January should not leave these areas until at least Monday following the 3 day lockdown restrictions. - Those who have arrived in Victoria from these areas should get tested, remain home or in ...their place of accommodation until Monday when further assessment will be made. - As a consequence those who have travelled through these areas since the 2nd of January may NOT attend public events over this weekend Friday 8 - Monday 11 January.
