24.01.2022 Golf is all about having fun Gayle Wells is best on ground

20.01.2022 The ladies played out their final round of their championships in pictures perfect conditions yesterday. The leading group after the second round was made up of one player each from A,B and C grades so there was much anticipation from the field of 31 as to how the final cards would fall. But it was Andrea Marsden who retained her lead to take out the Championship with 273. Congratulations Andrea, winning by 7 shots to Gayle Wells 280 who snuck in from behind, Millie Cumming... 281 (winner of B Grade and Vets) and Glenis Skinner 282 (winner C Grade and the Nett Championship). Special mention must be made of Glenis (off 27)who played 3 fabulous rounds of golf with nett 71, 61 and 69. Huge thanks to Cooksey and his team for all their efforts throughout the year but especially for these last 3 weeks when they've had to work around a few big downpours!... the course was fabulous!. Also thanks to all the Proshop staff for all their assistance throughout the 3 weeks. The girls had a fun night out at the Delatite Hotel last night to celebrate. See more

02.01.2022 We had beautiful blue skies, very tough pin locations and a perfectly presented golf course for Saturday’s final round of the 2020 Men’s Club Championship. Oli Pearson (pictured below) breezed through his final 18 holes to comfortably be crowned the champion of the year B-Grade winner Domingo Mingo Diaz who added yet another trophy to his resume one of our most well liked gentlemen in Alan Parrott was delighted to win the C-Grade title and Peter Barnes won D-Grade in great golfing fashion. A huge thank you must go to Sue Wilson for all her hard work we are now looking forward to our Women’s final round this coming Wednesday.
