25.01.2022 This vintage trophy from 1950 looked pretty clapped out and unloved when it came in but we managed to upcycle it. New custom aged base to replace the broken Bakelite, properly polished and wired to become a beautiful lamp. Someone's mother is going to be thrilled on Christmas Day.

23.01.2022 Don't feel self conscious for wearing a mask at the supermarket. This announcement is for Melbourne residents.

23.01.2022 Here's a fresh idea!

19.01.2022 Please find attached today's COVID-19 post for the Mansfield community. Note that our next post will be Monday Transcript of this post can be read here: Today w...e report that there is one additional confirmed COVID-19 case within the Mansfield Community, taking our active confirmed cases to five. It is anticipated that by early next week four of those five cases, will be symptom free and no longer be considered active and their period of isolation will have expired. It is reassuring that the latest case has been isolating prior to developing symptoms. This is another great example of our community doing the right thing right from the ‘get go’ and helping us to contain the spread of the virus. We should all be appreciative of the responsible action taken by this Mansfield resident and we wish them a speedy recovery. Once again this shows how infectious COVID-19 is and highlights the need for us to remain vigilant at all times. Our testing clinic continues to operate seven days per week. Today together with the Mansfield Medical Clinic and Central General Practice we undertook 16 tests. Testing is a high priority of the Victorian Government and there is in excess of 20,000 tests undertaken each day.

12.01.2022 Mansfield Men’s Shed will remain CLOSED until further notice. Men’s Sheds are considered community facilities under the roadmap to re-opening (how we work) and are restricted under Step 3. Shed participants are a high-risk health population and the need for hygiene, sanitation and physical distancing measures to be applied correctly is paramount.... A big shout-out to our members in assisted care, we cant wait til its safe to get you back for a sausage sizzle and a good old yarn. Another big shout out to our supporters. Thanks. We continue to work for our future so you can enjoy the company of men. You can always message this page or ask a mate to contact us or help you reach out to another mate. Bill Copley President P.S. lets think about cooking up a storm on our new B-B-Q once we get back to Shedding without all the interference

12.01.2022 As an indoor community recreation center, so far as we can see, the Shed remains closed. We will seek advice from the VMSA.
