11.01.2022 5 TIPS FOR EASY GRILLED PORK CHOPS ~ Use two-zone heat on your grill to achieve juicy meat with that slightly charred grilled flavor. ~ Invest in a meat thermometer to monitor your internal temperatures. ~ When mixing up your grilled pork chop rub, try using freshly cracked black pepper for a brighter flavor. ~ Don’t stab your pork chops with a fork or cut into them while they are still cooking. You’ll let a lot of the juices out of the meat.... ~ As soon as your pork chops reach the correct internal temperature, remove them from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help stop the cooking process and redistribute the juices through the pork chop. See more

05.01.2022 We used to operate a successful farm stay and animal nursey on our property. However, 10 years ago we bought Sarina Motor Inn & Hideaway Restaurant & Café in the heart of Sarina, and this meant that we were no longer able to maintain the Farm Stay. It was a perfect place to take a deep breath and unwind. Both tourists and locals loved their farm adventures and it was lovely to share in their delight especially when there were l;ots of 'babies' around!
