Your BODY will catch up. Now obviously we cant plan for all stressful situations, but by preplanning for the known stressors, the brain eventually kicks in to automatic pilot when spontaneous stressors present. Obesity Alcohol/drug abuse etc The sad fact is that "Men continue to face poorer outcomes than women on many key health and wellbeing factors" It is TIME for men to be proactive in managing their health needs and know that it's OK to do so.

So we can either go into 'DiStress' or "EuStress. Yes it is a word and no I didn't make it up. Eu - the greek prefix for 'good' and stress. So EuStress is good Stress!

07.01.2022 Try this Happiness Hack: 1. Think of a moment in time or an event that , if you were to think about it, would want to make you Smile instantly. 2. Any time you feel sad, angry, anxious etc - think of the memory you chose at point 1. 3. The brain likes Repeat, Repeat, Repeat, so you need to use the Same memory for at least 3 weeks to create a pattern in your brain.... 4. Eventually the brain will respond differently when you're experiencing negative feelings. The Expectation Trap - We all expect things - this is normal, but expectations can trap us when we cant see past them. At it's core, anger is dissatisfaction with REALITY. The intensity of our anger is directly related to the level of ATTACHMENT we have to our EXPECTATION of reality.... Attachment keeps us locked in struggle. Freeing ourselves from chronic anger becomes easier when we learn to let go of the attachment to the outcome.
