23.01.2022 SA COVID-19 Restrictions updated

21.01.2022 To support local jobs and help businesses recover, easing restrictions has been accelerated and brought forward.

21.01.2022 Friday 24th April will be first day of Ramadan. This is going to be a very different Ramadan ever. The world is in lockdown. First time ever that Muslims aroun...d the world will not be able to have any traditional Iftari gatherings, not able to attend Masjids for congregational prayers, no Umrah Haj and many other traditional and religious activities. But it is first time ever that in Ramadan, the whole world is equally suffering from a common issue, the whole world is fighting a common war, the whole world has gathered together to fight the Pandemic. Also, It's first time ever that rich and poor are equally threatened by an issue. People around the world equally fear for their lives and health for the first time together at the same time, despite which part of the world they live. As we can see when a serious problem arises around the world, noone is safe and noone is exempted. The world is one single nation, and one community. Ramadan is about fasting from Dawn to Sunset by abstaining from eating, drinking and any immoral acts. Ramadan is about feeling and understanding the problems of those people who has no food to eat. Although this Ramadan we cannot participate in many religious activities, but we can still perform one of significant act that is strongly recommended and rewarding, sharing food and giving charity to those in need. Generosity to share food and giving charity would be best worship one can do during this month, let's make sure noone in our surroundings is without food this Ramadan. RAMADAN KAREEM

08.01.2022 Ramadan Mubarak May this Ramadan brings an end to this Pandemic. A very different month of Fasting we will have as the COVID-19 restrictions are in place. But no matter what, we all are in this fight together and we can beat this Pandemic. ... We will not be able to perform many acts that we use to perform during Ramadan. But it is still a great time of spiritual discipline, we can still offer prayers, we can still be generous. As majority of those Ramadan traditions are inspired by generosity, we still can generously share our food and give charity to those in need. May we all have a month full of blessings Ramadan Kareem

01.01.2022 Prophet Muhammad PBUH said: "Heaven lies under the feet of your mother". Everyday is a mother's day. Providing gifts, being kind, caring and remembering mothers shouldn't be kept just for this day. We should remember, love and respect mothers everyday and every second as mothers do for their children.... Dear mothers, if you ever felt sad, just remember that mothers have given birth to all prophets, all kings, all heroes and inspirational leaders. And, their heaven only lies under your feet. Happy Mother's Day
