24.01.2022 You can easily integrate MantisProperty with Facebook so that you can post your listings to your business/agency page at the click of a button. You can even schedule when you want your listings to be posted to Facebook. Listings posted to Facebook automatically include connection to a landing page with listing information, downloadable brochures, and photo gallery. It also includes an enquiry form that when visitors enter their details, it is then automatically recorded as a ...new enquiry on your listing in MantisProperty. This video walks you through how to enable Facebook integration and then how to post your listings to Facebook.

MantisProperty automatically categorises your contacts as hot or warm buyers, tenants or vendors based on their activity (such as attending open homes or making enquiries) We have just added a handy new feature that lets you manually set a contact as a hot or warm buyer, tenant or vendor for times where you want to categorise a contact without them making an enquiry or attending an open home.... To use this feature, simply edit the contact and select the new status from the 'overide automatic status' drop down. This feature also automatically works with automated workflows so if you have any relevant automatic workflows set up to run when a certain status is set on a contact, it will work with the manual override the same way it works with automatic categorisation.
