18.01.2022 Don’t forget To hold your coded crystals, listen to positive frequency (I use Spotify or YouTube) or stare in a frequency coded pic like below whilst saying your mantras they are more than affirmation you are challenging your subconscious mind. Powerful exercise: Say a mantra that is against everything you believe. Go there. For example if you’re scared to go into business you could say to yourself your worst fear, worst case scenario. ... I hope I fail and everyone laugh at me. I am going to lose money and end up homeless. Feel what comes up for you. A memory / emotions / a message may come up. Sometimes it is the most insignificant things that come up. Your power is in this moment to shine light there and release it. Makes sense to me how about you?
