04.01.2022 The week is almost gone and we are getting ready for the Friday night at the Crossroads! I'm also looking around to find something good for our Sunday lunch, and here it is! A delicious, nourishing and magic pumpkin, ready to turn in to a hot, golden and smoothy soup! ... With a spoon of raw extra-virgin olive oil and a couple of slices of bread, it will remind us, the most genuine way to eat... Take away are available Cooking with love and gratitude... Manuela
