25.01.2022 You guys must of thought our Tahitians were sub-lime because we are all out! Our trees are still working hard though, and should have some good ‘pickup limes’ back in the stall in a few weeks!

23.01.2022 HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!! We hope you’ve been enjoying the rain, our trees certainly have! Unfortunately it’s not all that great to pick in so we are currently all out of avos at our stall. We are aiming to have it stocked for you by Tuesday

We are no longer doing bulk orders, bags will still be available at our farm gate stall ... But have no fear!!!! Sharwils are coming soon!! And bulk orders will be available again. 19.01.2022 The Avocado season for Mapleton Falls Farm has finished for the year. We hope you enjoyed the avocados and we thank you for your custom. The Orchard is undergoing its spring flush now and the fruit is setting for next season. The trees certainly enjoyed the rain.... Season starts again in April 2021 with the beautiful creamy Fuerte

19.01.2022 Time for a dash of knowledge from the avocado world... These are Anastatus wasp eggs. Wasps are an egg parasitoid of fruit spotting bug (the number one pest insect for avocados). We get a delivery every 3 weeks, and they hatch out and go to work for us laying their eggs in spotting bug eggs.... Thanks to these guys, we get to supply you all with amazing avocados

18.01.2022 Morning avo enthusiasts! Unfortunately our fuertes have come to an end. We would usually have a lot more but due to last years drought we ended up with less than half our usual crop. But don’t freak out just yet!! Sharwils are just around the corner we will be due to start picking in a few weeks time

15.01.2022 We have just picked the last of the Fuertes which will be out today . Sharwil variety are normally ready in June and we are keeping a close eye on them for when they are mature. Gives us time to prune the Fuertes which put more effort into foliage than fruit when the drought broke. It's a beautiful time of year to be outside !

10.01.2022 Great news - avocados are back on. Currently picking Wurtz and Hass. Available on stall.... Bulk orders available Hass - mix of first and second grade $50 ( about 10 kgs - depending on size between 45 to 60 fruit on average) Wurtz - mix of first and second grade $40 ( about 10kgs) Orders in for bulks by Friday 10 am for collection Friday after 3 pm or Saturday before 4pm.
