04.01.2022 Welcome to our new Mistyz blaze and graze area..extremely excited and proud of all the hard work over past 5 weeks and to the patience of my beautiful guests. Couple more cures and we should be ready for first pizza test run ...it is one beautiful happy space to cook wood fired pizza..cook on the BBQ or roast marshmallows in the firepit...some good friends to be made.

02.01.2022 Well what a stressful few days...our lovely antique baths in Victorian suite had to be replaced due to corrosion beyond repair...but they have taken pride of place in their new setting under the poinciana trees...wel deserved after giving 3 years of wonderful romantic memories to our guests. Watch for upcoming pictures of the new baths.
