21.01.2022 Historically, Monday is the busiest day at gyms. Perhaps not surprisingly, Monday is also the day with the highest level of dietary compliance. This is ironic because Monday might be the most dangerous day of the week. Not Monday, but the "idea" of Mondaya fresh start, always available, never more than a week away. Great mindset RIGHT........ When your thinking about committing to a nutrition or fitness plan, think about this Monday Mindset TIP of the Week........ Wake up early! You dont need to set your alarm for 4 am, but waking up just 20 minutes before you absolutely have to creates a more pleasant and relaxed start to your morning. Use this time to do something for you: enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, eat breakfast at home, meditate, journal, lightly stretch, or just read. 04.01.2022 Ready for a Fitness Challenge? Even if things haven't changed a ton for you, EVERYBODY can benefit from a little extra movement & physical activity every day. So, let's start TODAY! 30 pushups a day for 5 days.. ... YOU CAN DO THIS.. It's only Monday - Friday, but that's enough to bust over the hump & get your blood pumping.. You might even see a little extra definition in your arms! Arms change quickly so this is a great challenge to start with. What if I can't do 30 pushups..? No worries.. you've got options Take mini breaks after every 5 pushups.. Break them up throughout the day.. Get in pushup position, drop your knees to the ground, & modify your form.. Even do them standing against the wall at an angle if you need to.. just get started and commit to something.. Make a commitment to yourself for JUST 5 days & check in when you're done, HERE ON THIS POST every day!
