24.01.2022 UPDATE COVID19 STAGE 4 NEW RESTRICTIONS. Its still unclear if grooming is allowed to continue, so for the safety of everyone I have decided unless I hear otherwise Maras Pampered Pooches will be closed as of tomorrow night for 6 weeks. Brushes are available to purchase and I will be happy to guide you on how to correctly use them if you are having trouble. Dont hesitate to contact me for help. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a fee charged equal to 50 percent of the total booked groom price. This includes rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, as there isnt enough time to fill the slot.

18.01.2022 UPDATE COVID19 STAGE 4 Hope everyone is well and safe. I am very much missing all the dogs Update from Sundays conference on when grooming will be back. Again we find ourselves in a bit of a grey zone. From my understanding we will be back open at level 3, which is timed to be on the 26th of October pending numbers. With grooming being apart of the health and wellbeing of pets I have my fingers crossed that we will be considered for the 28th of September its a fine line... trying to protect people and keeping our pets health in check. While we wait, if anyone feels their dogs grooming is starting to effect their health please contact your vet. They can help with nail trims, cleaning hair between pads and any eye or skin issues. Best option when you ring is to ask if they have a vet nurse on their staff with grooming experience. If they wont do it try another this is about there welfare. If you need any advice I am always happy as usual to answer any questions, dont forget to keep brushing. 15.01.2022 Dear Clients Covid-19 Just to confirm I will remain OPEN until further Health notice to insist other wise. My operating times are changing and I will be doing as much as I can for the time we have left until potential further lockdown. But I am also dropping the number of days I work to limit how much time I spend out of the house. So I will only be working 4-5 days a week now instead of the 5-6 days I have been doing. So I will be contacting some customers to move out of som...e days, please if you cant change just let me know and I will work around it. Please if you need your dog groomed I would suggest booking in whilst we are able to operate. In saying that this is an hourly changing epidemic in the case of closing all appointments will be rescheduled or postponed until further notice and I will contact you directly. Please follow all instructions given Will I do have a cancellation fee please if youre feeling unwell even the slightest do the right thing and please cancel your appointment I am happy to waive it during this time. I am also disinfecting van between every dog and using hand sanitizer. **Please where possible have an extension cable set up so I dont enter your house/garage.** Tips for Covid 19 * Avoid touching your face as much as possible Covid 19 droplets can be transferred through eyes nose & mouth * Wash your hands before using sanitizer make sure youre washing your hands properly in between fingers etc. * Avoid metal surfaces. * No group gatherings. * Covid 19 is spread by droplet form please practice good hygiene. LAST BUT NOT LEAST COVID 19 is not spread nor carried by dogs!! This is a myth. Please remain calm. This virus is out of our control and stressing about it is not going to do you any good. Just follow the precautions health ministers are announcing. Avoid over the top media usage in this time its easy to get depressed especially after the fires so be sure to keep updated but remain sane and turn your phone & tv off for a while I have faith in us all if we can get through fire we can get through this just have to work together

10.01.2022 Hi Guys, While it is still a few months away December there are only a couple of appointments left for mobile grooming please if you want to get in before Christmas I would recommend thinking about booking in for November and December soon before it is completely booked out, I will do a cancellation list for December in case someone cancels. 09.01.2022 Salon update. If you have not heard yet, Mobile and home groomers have been exempt from opening which has meant my doors are still closed. The good news is I have been able to set up a spot in a retail salon in Mill Park and Reservoir(1 Day). If you would like to be considered for an appointment spot please text me. Appointment shuffles to early spots will be reserved for elderly dogs and dogs with health issues. Eg. Arthritic dogs, heat seizure dogs, those that require medicated baths.
