Simple changes to your evening, such as switching off devices an hour before bed, getting changed into PJs, doing some gentle stretches or a relaxation exercise, or reading a book can help to prepare you for a well-rested night of sleep. Waking up at the same time each morning, increasing exercise and limiting caffeine to earlier in the day can also help.
