24.01.2022 Due to lights not being made available by Council, we have been forced to make midweek night night matches with two senior teams playing on the same pitch an earlier kick-off. New kick-off times will be 18:15 & 20:00. Please check the draw and inform your teams as this comes into affect from tonight. Friday night games are not affected and remain as is.

15.01.2022 Hi everyone, here is a COVID-19 update we have received from NSW Health in regards to isolation precautions. If the close contact child cannot be separated/isolated within the home from other family members then other family members also need to isolate for 14 days. (as they are also classified as close contacts) If the close contact child can be separated i.e. separate bedroom, bathroom, meals provided separately then other family members can continue normal routine acti...vities. Team Photos (by a professional photographer, by parents, by coaches/managers etc). Uploads of before game and after game photos on Facebook (during game photos are permitted). Team huddles before, during and after games. Please ensure your Team Managers and Members are advised of same.

15.01.2022 Further to yesterdays post : Anyone who receives a letter from NSW health as an identified contact must follow the instructions. This means student must isolate for 14days as well as all household members. So even if one of our players doesnt get a letter but a sibling does, the player still cannot come to soccer. We hope this clarifies some questions and helps us all keep each other safe. ... We do wish to remind everyone: - do not come to training/games if you are unwell. - only 1 parent per junior player. No siblings or extra tag alongs. No spectators at all for senior games. - come play/ train and move on. Do not hang around and catch up. - SOCIAL DISTANCE!!!!!- some teams parents on the weekend were terrible at this. - follow the instructions or we may very well see the end of the season sooner rather than later.

13.01.2022 Hi Everyone With recent school shutdowns and to avoid further community transmissions all members that are associated with Schofields Public school, Riverstone High school and Wyndham college must not attend training tonight. This is for all members including parents and siblings of players who attend those schools. We will update you all of any changes as soon as we receive the information.

11.01.2022 SUMMER SOCCER UPDATE!!! Hi everyone, there have been some updates to the U14 and U16 draws for tonight, a message will be sent out to all coaches soon. Please make sure you check the draw for any changes that might affect your team. This weeks games are ROUND 3 as per the dates in the draw... IMPORTANT!! After you load the draw please make sure you press the refresh button in your browser to ensure the latest draw loads. Draws were updated at 2:50pm today so if you have checked your draw prior to that time then please check it again to make sure your team has not been affected by the changes. See you all tonight.

10.01.2022 SUMMER SOCCER TABLES Hi everyone, apologies but there was some issues with the summer soccer tables where last week’s scores weren’t populating but this has now been fixed for Monday and Tuesday night comps, Wednesday nights tables will be fixed by midday tomorrow.

05.01.2022 Yesterday NSW Health released amendments to the Public Health Order for Grassroots Sport. The release can be viewed by clicking here. In a nutshell, what does this mean for our BDSFA Competitions?... Association Football is approved to continue, however, effective from Wednesday, 19 August 2020, attendance at training and games must be restricted to: one (1) person per child player no crowd attendance whatsoever at senior matches and training BDSFA Registered Coaches & Managers are allowed to attend their teams games and training sessions only BDSFA Registered Club Officials are allowed to attend any of their own Club's training sessions and home or away games only Club assigned Match Day Supervisor There have been Health Inspectors in the field in recent weeks, it is plain and simple that if these restrictions are not adhered to, then NSW Health will most likely shut down community sport. ** Waiting of clarification around seniors (is it 15s and over or 16s and over) ** Waiting on clarification on Phoenix league (girls) More communication from the club tonight PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ANY OF THIS WEEKS SCHEDULES CATCH UPS UNLESS YOU QUALIFY AS PER THE ABOVE!!!

03.01.2022 I haven't wanted to post anything so not to jinx it, but its time for an update with 2 weeks to go until semi finals. Our full field teams are doing amazing. We have 20 full field teams, 3 wont make it to finals but 17 have a fighting chance, with 5 of them currently in 1st place. Amee
