25.01.2022 Side project! Ive had an idea for a blog and Ive finally finished the overall look and feel of the blogs branding! I cant wait to finish the website and start blogging!

24.01.2022 Happy Friday!!! I think Fridays and Mondays are are my favourite days. Just a few little updates. My New website is almost ready! I am so excited to share this with you all. I have new services that are going to be introduced too. I cant wait to share my latest work with you all. Im working on launching a Facebook group with a focus on branding. So if you are looking for branding tips, ways to make your branding more cohesive and finding your brand voice keep an eye out. More about this later this month.

23.01.2022 2017 is all about you! I want to invest in your business so Ill be redoing my design packages to offer you more value. This includes help sourcing printers, advice on ways to reach your ideal clients and better value branding packages. Ill also be offering branding assessments where we look at your branding across your website and social media and find way to improve the flow and look across all platforms.

12.01.2022 Ive been working on catching up my #foliofocus weeks after focusing on client work and not my portfolio. I thought I would try an #editorial style illustration. This is an in progress piece Ive started working and will hopefully finish before the end of the week. Any bloggers interested in something like this?

12.01.2022 I've been hiding a little secret. Over the last 3 months I've been working away on my brand. I think branding is something that is always evolving as you grow in business. Throughout the last few years I've realised who I want to be as a designer & who I want to work with. I've finally gotten to the point where I know my design style & I know the direction I want my brand to travel in. So as of the 18th of April everything changes. I'm planning to update my website with a new brand look & I can't wait to share it with you all. Change is always scary but sometimes, the only way to move forward is to pivot and chase the dreams you have. If you ever feel like your brand isn't 100% what you want it to be, don't ever be afraid to change what you have & make something new & amazing.

03.01.2022 UPDATE: Art Prints! So after buying a new scanner, and scanning a few much-loved illustrations, Im finally starting to edit them and turning them into prints! September Ill be starting with a soft launch and aiming to sell them online. So what illustrations would you like to see in the collection? something for the kids or for you? Im working on building my collection at the moment and you never know your idea may be added to the collection!

02.01.2022 How does your branding stack up? Are you attracting the right clients or is it time to reevaluate your brand and what you have been doing? In 2017 Im doing a brand audit of my own business. This means evaluating and writing down everything thats working and not working. Starting with my colours, logo and moving to my back end paper work and my clients experience with my business. Over the next few weeks Ill be sharing ways you can audit your own branding.... Today I challenge you to write a list of words you want your business say to your clients. Is your business feminine, fun, bright, sophisticated or playful. What are the words that you want to make up the very essence of your businesses branding? Ill go first mine are: Natural, feminine, elegant, creative and soft. What are the words that describe your business? Next time well talk about what to do with those words.

01.01.2022 Hey everyone, I thought I would pop in & be social. I wanted to let you know what has been going on behind the scenes. If you have been following me for a while you know that my own brand has gone through a lot of change over the years. Ive come to the point where I feel Ive outgrown my current brand. In the past Ive held onto aspects of my past brands not wanting to let go. But Ive come to the realisation that this has been holding me back. Sometime you have to let go of... the past to move forward into the future. Anyone who really knows me, knows I dont like change. While change can be good its terrifying to let go of what you have held onto. So this is me saying good bye to the old and hello to a new direction. Marbia Studios has gone through a complete re-brand! Its a completely new & fresh & I cant wait to share it all with you. Im so close to launching I just have to finish off a few details on the website & create a few fancy freebies for a little library full goodies for my email subscribers. Id love to here whats been happening in your businesses. Oh and before I forget check back over the coming weeks to see my full rebrand but also for a little surprise!
