01.01.2022 Bulimba Deck Extension - Beautiful high end finishes to this deck extension. Although this build was on the smaller end of the scale it was however on the larger end of complexity for preliminary stage. Due to the unique layout of this multi-dwelling property and the location of this deck and after our client receiving ill advise from the wrong professionals we were able to step in and guide this project back on track through the right legal procedures of Development Approval... with the Town Planner, several meetings with Council, Building Approval with the Certifier and constructed by a quality Builder that held the correct licence for this type of build. Considering the lengthy and costly preliminary process we were still able to stay close to the original budget that the client had set. 01.01.2022 Yeronga Post War Refurbishment - "Here are the keys, see you in two weeks!" said the clients. We were able to carry out a timeless transformation on this beautiful well kept post war home. We had two weeks to demolish and rebuild the ensuite, main bathroom, dining room and main entrance. The reactions from our clients as they arrived home two weeks later was beyond words. A typical six week project was only able to be achieved in two weeks by excellent planning and execution along with an amazing team! Big Congratulations to Priscilla who designed, planned, scheduled trades and materials, project managed and decorated this project by herself, amazing work!
