Our priority is the safety and well-being of our diners and team members. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 outbreak and we continue to implement measures to ensure that our diners and employees remain safe. We are undertaking the following measures to maintain a healthy environment for all:... We are following the health guidelines provided by the Department of Health. Sanitizing each table top with food grade sanitizer after each use as well as each sitting. The includes the bar counter, door handles and other public areas. Sanitizing all food preparation areas with food grade sanitizer. Staff must wash and sanitize hands frequently throughout shift. Only setting tables with cutlery and crockery as needed. Appropriately spacing diners amongst the restaurant & bar areas. Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout the restaurant including increased cleaning schedules in all public areas with a particular focus on hand railings, elevators, bathrooms and doors, using suitable disinfectant. Reinforcement of team personal hygiene, proper hand-washing and use of alcohol-based hand sanitisers. Increased communication with our partners and government public health agencies.
