05.01.2022 A big shout out to Will Lewis, head chef at The Quality Inn City Centre on Elizabeth Street, Coffs Harbour. Had Will's scotch fillet, Yorkshire pudding with roasted garlic jus. Was bang on A1 buddy. Thanks Will for supporting local produce (Marcello's Garlic).

02.01.2022 We had a number of unwanted guests this year.....aphids and thrips but lucky I found a dedicated worker, fighting the cause ....I hope they taste good....
